We want you to be completely obsessed with your Valfré purchase, so we offer returns and store credit for items sent back within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
